Convention Day Presence + Micro-Sets: from $900 per day | Full lūʻau, multi-performer productions are coordinated through trusted cultural partners.

Travel, Peak Dates & Policies

• Travel: included within 25 miles of Orlando; +$50 for 25 to 50 miles; +$125 for 50 to 100 miles; beyond that, quoted.

• Peak dates: a 20% premium applies on major holidays, Saturdays June through August, and December weekends.

• Payment: a 25% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due 7 days before. Credit cards carry a 3% fee; ACH is preferred.

• Rescheduling: with 14+ days’ notice, the full deposit transfers; with 7 to 13 days, 50% transfers; with less than 7 days, the deposit is forfeited.
